Prices for accommodation may vary in further editions due to USD rate change
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
1. In case of late cancellation of rooms booked by the Client (Fully or partly) the Client shall pay to the Hotel the cancellation fee:
- from March 22 to April 01 in case of cancellation the Client is charged 40% of one night;
- from April 01- 15 in case of cancellation the Client is charged 60% of one night for each cancelled room;
- from April 15-May 05 in case of cancellation the Client is charged 80% of one night for each cancelled room;
- less than 14 days - the Client is charged 100% of one night for each cancelled room.
-FIT cancellations caused by Covid-19 will be approved FOC in case the written proof of the positive result is provided.
2. In case of early departure of in-house guests, payment is non-refundable.
3. In case of no-show the Client is charged 100% for all lost revenue.
